Concerning Facts:

1. They claim to be a “BINANCE SYSTEM” with an introduction that is a direct copy from the binance website.

2. They claim a simplified joining process of 3 steps:

   1. Use a referral link to register an ID

   2. Join Or Donate to the System provided Wallet Address of your Up level

   3. Activate new members ID by receiving donation from them

3. Links on the site are broken eg: Business Plan

4. They claim that their user-friendly interface empowers users to navigate the complexities of cryptocurrency trading with confidence and ease.

Red Flags:

1. The company name they refer to under vision and mission is “Global Payee” vs “Zdex Coin”

2. The terms of use are that you should be:

   1. Willing to donate and help others.

   2. Capable to bring at least two new members.

3. The team behind the project is unknown “A team of Charity people and web developers based in Novosibirsk, Russia”.

4. They claim their partners are Instagram,Motorola,Visa etc.

5. They promise that staking coins will increase the roi by 10% every month, upto 200%

6. To further increase income they promise upto 300% from referrals + staking.

7. However they have a caveat that you have to bring in direct business of $1000.

8. You are also required to build upto 10 levels of the team via referrals.

9. They have additional gimmicks such as Free Team/100$ Booking etc promising income of over 90k.

10. They promise rewards of 50K$ on a generated income of 500k$.

11. They also have a 5% tax called a liquidity growth fund that seems to be pocketed by them as well.

12. Reviewing all the information, it looks like income is only generated via incoming members.

13. The scheme will fall flat as soon as incoming members dry up.

This has all the hallmarks of a scam promising very high returns but never actually providing any.
